Here's a section for adults, which is a little drab compared to the section for children. I'm hoping to fix that as soon as Seasons makes its debut. ;)

Lot Tour: The Marina Boardwalk
I was thinking of where I wanted to have my festivals when Seasons comes out, and I decided that a boardwalk would be the perfect place for my sims to congregate for town events! It has an indoor year-round ice-cream shop (that will sell hot chocolate during the winter months), a playground for kids, a party area, a stage for performers, a section for live bands and a surf shop.

That's excellent, Cheezy! I'm amazed by all the possibilities of that lot! It looks like the funniest lot possible! I can't wait to see your Sims using it!

ReplyDeleteNope, no CC! :D Everything you see here are from the EPs. I think the ice cream stuff is from the KP edition of Showtime, and the freezer bunny gnome is from buydebug.
DeleteHey Cheezy! Wow this looks fantastic and no CC too! I've been playing wit very minimal cc lately and my game has been running so smooth. Building this lot is a great way to prepare for Seasons, oh man, I cannot wait for it to come out. I think this EP will almost complete our games. ;)
